OEL-KLEEN CocoSorb Spezial

Oil and chemical binders
  • Natural product made from upper kernel shells and coconut fibers Oil binding agent type R (road)
  • DEKRA test certificate no. 55288178

CocoSorb Special is a 100% natural, biodegradable, and environmentally friendly absorbent made from ground coconut shells and coconut fibers. The raw material is mechanically treated to maximize its performance in industrial environments—a sustainable alternative to synthetic or mineral absorbents.

Climate footprint and environmental impact:

  • The raw material is a by-product of the fruit and coconut processing industry (shells/fibers).
  • Fruit pits and coconut fibers do not require replanting
  • CocoSorb Special is made from fruit seed shells and coconut fibers—a waste product from the food industry, making the raw material 100% renewable.
  • Low-energy processing CocoSorb Special is treated exclusively by mechanical means (cleaning, drying, fractionation) – without chemical additives or high-temperature processes.
  • optimal cost/benefit ratio
  • inexpensive disposal — as combustible
